Earlier:
An incident in Dublin city centre has resulted in road closures at both Aston and Wellington Quays.
Emergency services are at the scene of a chimney fire.
The Dublin Fire Brigade say a turntable ladder is being used to fight the blaze, which is why the quays are closed.
DUBLIN: Divert before or at O'Connell Bridge where possible; the fire is just before Grattan Bridge (Capel St). https://t.co/qvBPcgxUj8
