FANS OF Star Wars are in for a treat at Wexford Omniplex this weekend.
An official Star Wars Storm Trooper will visit the cinema between 8pm and 9pm on Friday evening and between 5.30pm and 9pm on Saturday evening.
Two committed Irish Star Wars fans, local activist Leonard Kelly and Wexford Omniplex have arranged the opportunity for local fans of the movie franchise.
Volunteers Kevin and Chris are members of the 501st Ireland Garrison, an organisation which promotes interest in Star Wars through themed events, costumed charity events and voluntary work in communities.
As well as hosting the official Storm Trooper, Wexford Omniplex will be donating to local causes It’s Good 2 Talk and Wexford Educate Together Primary School.
