The Strictly Come Dancing glitterball trophy has a new owner – sports presenter Ore Oduba.
Ore and partner Joanne Clifton stormed through the final, sitting at the top of the (albeit quite pointless) leaderboard ahead of sultry Argentine tango-er Louise Redknapp and snake hips samba-er Danny Mac.

It definitely didn’t come as much of a surprise after the effort the dancing duo put in in the final, even to people who weren’t #TeamOre.
Would've loved to see Danny and Oti win but I'm so happy for Ore and Jo 😊🎉💃🏻@bbcstrictly #Strictly #StrictlyFinal

Though as with any competition, there are always the few who whip out the old “fix” claims. Yawn. People on social media shut them down, though.
I'm sorry, you can't say that Ore isn't good. Stop saying its a fix. He's fantastic and improved more than any. #StrictlyFinal

Clicking #StrictlyFinal is highly entertaining, the amount of people screaming fix because Danny didn't win 😂 Ore deserved it!! Get over it
— Hippie Chick ✌️ (@missemjayyy) December 17, 2016
#StrictlyFinal just because your favourite didn't win.. it's a fix? Ridiculous, ore deserved it.
— hannah💛 (@Hannah_paynexox) December 17, 2016
Omg literally Louise scores high one week n everyone's like FIXED FOR KEVIN TO WIN and now it's a 'fix' that Ore won😴 #StrictlyFinal
— alr ❄️ (@cliffordxal) December 17, 2016
Now if anyone’s watched Ore before, even just a couple of times, they’ll know he likes a good cry (who doesn’t?). Tonight, of course, was no exception.
Ore cries, I cry. SO EMOSH 👏👏👏👏👏 #YayOre #StrictlyFinal #StrictlyComeDancing
