The 2016 winner of the BBC’s Sports Personality of the Year was Andy Murray, and inevitably that led to the return of Lennox Lewis to help present the award.
It’s safe to say everybody was pleased to see the two reunited after their 2012 handover fiasco.
Glad to see the Lennox Lewis and Andy Murray double act is back together! #SPOTY

Viewers reflected on one of the biggest sporting moments of our time.
The original Lennox Lewis & Andy Murray time delay award is still the greatest #bbcspoty moment of all time. 😂

But there were to be no mistakes this time around.
#LennoxLewis wasted no time handing over the trophy on this occasion 😂👍🏾 Well done #SPOTY2016 #AndyMurray

Love it how Andy Murray received #SPOTY #SPOTY2016 trophy from Lennox Lewis at swimming pool, everyone else just carried on sunbathing

This would be the sitcom 2016 deserves.
Andy Murray and Lennox Lewis need to have a sitcom when Murray retires!!

It just about writes itself.
