Gardai at Enniscorthy have confirmed that the traffic flow on the N11 between Camolin and Ferns was disrupted for a time this evening after a car went on fire and was taken onto the hard shoulder shortly after 8 pm.

The fire was contained and the driver escaped without injury.

The vehicle has been taken from the  scene and the N11 is fully open although Gardai are warning drivers to be careful on the roads tonight as foggy conditions is contributing to reduced visibility across the county.
