Over 400 Wexford students created a new world record by forming a human question mark

A NEW World Record was formed at Wexford Park last week, when local secondary school students and others came together in support of the ‘Ask’ mental health awareness campaign.

Over 300 students from St. Peter’s College expressed their determination to ask for help when they need it and ask one another how they are feeling by helping to form the largest human question mark ever created.

Along with the enthusiastic support of a number of their peers from the Presentation Secondary School and others, they helped to smash the previously-held record of 250 by forming a question mark populated by 427 people.

The giant shape created on the home grounds of Wexford GAA reinforced the ‘Ask’ campaign’s message of ‘one conversation can save a life.’

As part of the ‘Ask’ campaign, students in secondary schools across the Wexford District will hear from local people with experience of mental health difficulties and will help to spread the vital campaign message.
