Local organisers are calling on the people of Gorey and district to come out and support the Feile Parade through the Main Street on Friday, starting about 7.30 pm.
About 36 under 14 hurling and camogie teams will parade from The Monument, through Main Street as part of the National Féile na nGael festival of hurling and camogie which is taking place in Wexford from Friday afternoon to Sunday.
The teams shall be accompanied by bands, flags and no doubt lots of cheering.
The announcement platform shall be on Main Street.
Traffic can expect to be inconvenienced for a short time, but no street will be completely closed.
This will be the last time for many years that the National Féile will be held in Wexford, and everyone is encouraged to make the most of the excitement.
