Mark Allen compiled a break of 62 to claim a final-frame decider against Mark Selby in the Dafabet Champion of Champions at the Ricoh Arena.

The break was one of five over 50 that Allen made in his 6-5 win which sent him through to the semi-finals.

Allen had earlier booked his meeting with the world number one by disposing of Joe Perry 4-2.

Selby had breezed past Liang Wenbo 4-0.

Allen will now face Ronnie O’Sullivan in the semi-finals.
